SPSP contributes to the development of student community by enabling constructive and positive interaction, guidance and mentorship of students by faculty, enhancing their co-curricular activities, improving their communication skills, encouraging students to showcase their creative talent.
SPSP is also committed to provide right inputs to the students by making them aware of their career options, recognise the importance of higher studies in India and abroad, to organize special coaching for the competitive exams such as GPAT, PGECET etc.
Traditional mentoring bond is the one that develops connecting a senior professional, the ‘mentor’ and a young colleague, the ‘mentee’. Mentor is a judicious and confidence analyst and a teacher who motivates and assists his mentee in attaining victory. Mentoring system absolutely influence on personal expansion, carrier guidance and overall efficiency. Mentor supplies information, gives suggestion and facilitate networking, but also offer significant support for his/her mentee during frustrating period. Mentor develop a truthful and trusting association with students in serving them achieve the most out of the knowledge and in helping them develop as student pharmacist. Application of adult learning principles by ordered learning strategy that fosters the maturity of significant judgment and self-regulating clinical decision.
Mentor will be allotted to each student and continuously monitor the performance of the student in all activities and always try to know his problems in the early stages and solve it.

Sports are the healthiest means of refreshments and recreation. Academic learning and sports education are the complements of each other. They resemble the two sides of the same coin. If the sports education is carried out accompany with the academic curriculum, the over-all personality of the student are increased to greater extent. They get the qualities of the leadership, sharing, team spirit and tolerance from the sports. Sports education not only teaches the students to maintain the physical stamina, but also the habit of obedience, discipline, the determination to win, will power, etc. The power of reasoning, mental development, vocational specialization comes from the academics to the students. Therefore sports education along with the academics result in the mental, moral and physical development of the students.
Now-a-days the system of education makes the students to feel more stress on their mental development and completely rejects the physical activities. The overall outcome of this is the developing of groups of graduates and professional with weak body and poor physique. Mental and moral development is not enough for the youth generation. They also require physical development. Sports education implies the statement ‘a sound mind resides only in a sound body’. A healthy and strong body is not possible without sports and physical activities.
A healthy and strong body alone can face the various struggles of the life successfully. Apart from promoting health and strength, sports education teaches the students many good qualities of the head and heart.

In SPSP we have Sports and Games (SAG) Committee which provides an opportunity to the student to join individual clubs based on their game of interest. The student gets the chance to meet the other class students with same game of interest, exchange views, skills, etc. Club members will be sent to other institutions to participate in tournaments and meets.
This operational cluster provides a display place for student community to show evidence of their intrinsicability. Bring together the students who are fascinated in fine arts and providecreativeexperience to students. Create achance for the students to work as a panel and presumeheadship roles and tasks. Promote and stirring the practice and study of argumentation through ON and OFF campus behavior. Heartening cultural awareness, face up to, people’scommunal biases and accustom members with the wide spread effects of Indian ethnicity. Compile and distribute a Bi-monthly artisticinteractionbulletin. Create anagenda of events by giving precedence to days’ of global and countrywidesignificance.
